F116ADSection 16AA Licence: delegation of power in relation to code of practice
(1)
The Scottish Ministers may delegate the preparation, publication, review and revision of the code of practice under section 16AC to Scottish Natural Heritage.
(2)
Any delegation must be made by written direction.
(3)
The Scottish Ministers may modify or revoke a direction.
