Land Compensation Act 1973 (c. 26)

In the Land Compensation Act 1973, in sections 50(4), 53(5) and 57(1) for “Schedule 3 to the Town and Country Planning Act 1968” substitute “Part III of the Compulsory Purchase (Vesting Declarations) Act 1981”.
