Acquisitions by Secretary of State E+W

6 E+W A compulsory purchase order made by the Secretary of State and the appropriate Minister in pursuance of section 13(1)(b) above—

(a) shall be in such form as they may determine; and

(b) shall describe by reference to a map the land to which the order relates.
