13(1)In this Schedule “the M11925 Act” means the Supreme Court of Judicature (Consolidation) Act 1925.
(2)Nothing in this Schedule shall be taken as prejudicing the operation of the provisions of the M2Interpretation Act 1978 as respects the effect of repeals.
