In section 65(3) of the Act of 1967, for the words from “comprised” to “this Act” there shall be substituted the words—

“(a)

comprised in an access agreement or order in force under Part II of this Act; or

(b)

in relation to which byelaws made under section 56A of this Act are in force; or

(c)

as respects which he is otherwise appointed to act as a ranger.”
