45 Amendment of section 22(2) of Sea Fish (Conservation) Act 1967.
In subsection (2) of section 22 of the M1Sea Fish (Conservation) Act 1967—
(a)
in the definition of “the appropriate Minister” the words “and Wales” shall be omitted and after “Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food” there shall be inserted “
in relation to Wales, means the Secretary of State concerned with the sea fishing industry in Wales
”

(b)
in paragraph (a) after “Scotland” there shall be inserted “
Wales
”
;
(c)
in paragraphs (b) and (c) for “the Secretary of State” there shall be substituted “
the Secretaries of State respectively
”
and after “Scotland” there shall be inserted “
and Wales
”
