Offences relating to sea fishing E+W+S

12 E+W+S Any offence under section 1(1) or (3) of the M1 Sea Fish (Conservation) Act 1967 (landing or carrying fish [F1 smaller than prescribed size][F1 which do not meet prescribed size requirements]).
