2E+W+SIn section 7(1) of the Local Government (Omnibus Shelters and Queue Barriers) (Scotland) Act 1958 in the definition of “public service vehicle” for the words from “Part I” to “section 2(1)” there shall be substituted the words “ the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981 if in section 1(1) ”.
