Land Compensation Act 1961

8 In section 8(7) of the [1961 c. 33.] Land Compensation Act 1961 for paragraph (c) substitute—

“(c) section 261(1) of the Highways Act 1980 (or its predecessor, section 222(6) of the Highways Act 1959);”.
