11E+W+SSection 17(2) shall be treated as if for the words “the [F1acquiring authority] have served a notice to treat [F2in respect of the interest] or an agreement has been made for the [F3sale of the interest] to that authority" there were substituted the words “ an order under section 141 of the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980 vesting the land in which the interest subsists in an urban development corporation has come into force, or an agreement has been made for the sale of the interest to such a corporation ”.
