In paragraph 3 of Schedule 14 to that Act—
a
for the words “an Executive Council” there shall be substituted the words “
a Joint Ophthalmic Committee
”

sub-paragraph (b) shall be omitted;
c
in sub-paragraph (c) the words “or order” and “or that order” shall be omitted.
