Part VIII Water Development Boards Requisitions.851Each water development board shall in respect of any financial year determine the aggregate amount required to be requisitioned by the board under this Part from their contributing authorities.2Each water development board shall, by such date or dates as may be prescribed, cause a requisition in respect of any financial year to be sent to their contributing authorities requiring each of them to pay such sum as may be apportioned to each under the subsequent provisions of this Part, and each of those authorities shall, at such intervals and by such instalments as may be prescribed, pay over to the board the sum so requisitioned.3In this section “prescribed” means prescribed by regulations made by the Secretary of State under section 111 of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973.ss. 80-92 (Pt. VIII) repealed (1.4.1996) by 1994 c. 39, s. 180(1)(2), Sch. 13 para. 119(47), Sch. 14; S.I. 1996/323, art. 4(1)(c)(d), Sch. 21973 c. 65.
