23 U.K. In section 18 of the Maintenance Orders Act 1958—

(a) in subsection (1) for “subsection (2) of section sixty-five of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1952” substitute “ subsection (2) of section 77 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 ” ;

(b) in subsection (6) for “section sixty-seven of the, Magistrates’ Courts Act 1952” substitute “ section 79 of the Magistrates, Courts Act 1980 ”.

24 U.K. In section 21(1) of the Maintenance Orders Act 1958 for “the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1952” substitute “ the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 ” and for “subsection (2) of section one hundred and twenty-four thereof” substitute “ subsection (2) of section 148 thereof ”.
