(1)There shall be defrayed out of moneys provided by Parliament—
(a)any expenses incurred by the Secretary of State in consequence of the provisions of this Act; and
(b)any increase attributable to this Act in the sums payable out of moneys so provided under any other Act.
(2)In section 135(2) of the M1Fair Trading Act 1973 (which provides for any expenses duly incurred by the Director or his staff in consequence of the provisions of that Act to be defrayed out of moneys provided by Parliament) for the words “of this Act” there shall be substituted the words “of this or any other Act”.
