Excise Duties (Surcharges or Rebates) Act 1979

[F1 2 U.K. In section 92(2) of the M1 Finance Act 1965, for the words “section 9 of the Finance Act 1961”there shall be substituted the words “ section 1 of the Excise Duties (Surchanges or Rebates) Act 1979 ”.]
