62 Defaults of justices’ clerks and their staffs.

(1)

The F1Lord Chancellor may, if he thinks fit, pay to any person any money due to that person which he has not received because of the default of a justices’ clerk or of F2any staff of a magistrates’ courts committee.

(2)

In this section “justices’ clerk” has the same meaning as in section 61 of this Act.
