The Treasury may by order made by statutory instrument amend the definition for the purposes of this Act of—

aviation gasoline;
F4(a)
biodiesel;
(b)
bioethanol;
F5(ba)
aqua methanol;
(c)
unleaded petrol.

The Treasury may by order made by statutory instrument amend the definition for the purposes of section 11 of “fuel oil”.
(2)
An order under this section may contain such incidental, supplementary and transitional provision as appears to the Treasury to be appropriate.
(3)
No order shall be made under this section unless a draft of it has been laid before and approved by a resolution of the House of Commons.
