Any reference in the preceding provisions of this Act to regulations is a reference to regulations made by the Secretary of State.

Any power of the Secretary of State to make regulations under this Act shall be exercisable by statutory instrument and includes power to make such incidental, supplementary or transitional provision as the Secretary of State thinks fit.

No regulations shall be made under section 1 above F1or paragraph 9 of the Schedule to this Act unless a draft of the regulations has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.

Any statutory instrument containing regulations made under any other provision of this Act shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
