(1)The enactments specified in Part I of the Schedule to this Act (consequential repeals) and Part II of that Schedule (obsolete enactments) are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.
(2)Without prejudice to sections 14 and 17(2) of the M1Interpretation Act 1978 (implied powers to revoke, amend and re-enact subordinate legislation and savings for such legislation where enactments are repealed and re-enacted), any Order in Council made under section 3 of the M2Bretton Woods Agreements Act 1945 and in force immediately before this Act comes into force shall have effect, so far as it applies to the International Monetary Fund, as if made under section 5 above and may accordingly, so far as it so applies, be amended or revoked by an Order in Council under that section.
