1 U.K.In section 1(1) of the M1 Carriage by Air Act 1961 (which provides for the Warsaw Convention as amended at The Hague 1955 to have the force of law in the United Kingdom) after the words “1955, as”there shall be inserted the words “ further amended by provisions of protocols No. 3 and No. 4 signed at Montreal on 25th September 1975 and ”.
