21 Short title and commencement.N.I.
(1)This Act may be cited as the Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons (Northern Ireland) Act 1978.
(2)This Act shall come into operation on such day or days as the Secretary of State may by order appoint.
(3)This Act extends to Northern Ireland only.
