In this Act “scheduled offence” means an offence specified in Part I or Part III of Schedule 4 to this Act, subject, however, to any relevant note contained in the said Part I.

Part II of that Schedule shall have effect with respect to offences related to those specified in Part I of that Schedule.

The Secretary of State may by order amend Parts I and II of that Schedule (whether by adding an offence to, or removing an offence from, either of those Parts, or otherwise).
