19 Short title, commencement and extent. U.K.

(1) This Act may be cited as the Commonwealth Development Corporation Act 1978.

(2) This Act shall come into force at the expiry of the period of one month beginning with the date on which it is passed.

(3) This Act extends to Northern Ireland.
