3E+W+SIt is the duty of the local education authorities [F1in respect of the schools (other than foundation, voluntary or foundation special schools) which they maintain or the governing bodies of foundation, voluntary or foundation special schools in respect of those schools]to make available to the Secretary of State such accommodation as is appropriate for the purpose of assisting him so to provide as is mentioned in [F2section 5] above for pupils in attendance at the schools.
