49 E+W In section 28 of the Fire Precautions Act 1971—

(a) in subsections (2) and (5)(b), for “section 12 of the Rent Act 1977” substitute “ section 3 of the Rent Act 1977 ”; and

(b) in subsection (4), for “the Rent Act 1977” substitute “ the Rent Act 1977 ”.

50 E+W In section 34 of the Fire Precautions Act 1971, for the words from the beginning to “Part III of that Schedule” substitute “ The provisions of Part III of the Schedule to this Act ”.
