14In Schedule 1 to the Administration of Justice Act 1970 for the words " Adoption Acts 1958 and 1968 " there are substituted the words " Adoption Act 1976 " , and at the end of that Schedule there is added the following paragraph—
“Proceedings on appeal under Part II or section 29 or 55 of the Adoption Act 1976.”.
