(1)There shall be paid out of moneys provided by Parliament any increase attributable to this Act in the sums payable out of moneys so provided under section 3(10) of the [1911 c. 49.] Small Landholders (Scotland) Act 1911 and the Act of 1955.
(2)All sums received by the Secretary of State by virtue of this Act shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
