The M1 Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 shall have effect subject to the amendments which restrict the appointment of safety representatives to those appointed by recognised trade unions, remove the special provisions relating to health and safety at work in agriculture and enable certain statements to be given notwithstanding the restrictions on disclosure of information obtained under that Act.
