In section 67(1)(c) (grants to local authorities), after the words “section 2” there shall be inserted the words “(except subsection(1)(b))”.
The M1 Pensions Increase Act 1971

In Part I of Schedule 2, after paragraph 38 there shall be insertedthe following paragraph—
38A
A pension payable by virtue of paragraph 10 of Schedule 1 or ofregulations made under paragraph 3 of Schedule 3 to the ScottishDevelopment Agency Act 1975.

In section 10 (execution of works), in subsection (3) and (4) for thewords “Industrial Estates Corporation”there shall be substituted thewords “Development Agency”.
The M2 Farriers (Registration) Act 1975

In paragraph 1(f) of Schedule 1 (Farriers Registration Council), forthe words “Small Industries Council for Rural Areas of Scotland”, thereshall be substituted the words “ Scottish Development Agency”.
