24 Effect of this Act on s. 46(1)(vi) of Administration of Estates Act 1925. E+W

Section 46(1)(vi) of the M1 Administration of Estates Act 1925, in so far as it provides for the devolution of property on the Crown, the Duchy of Lancaster or the Duke of Cornwall as bona vacantia, shall have effect subject to the provisions of this Act.
