2Short title, commencement, repeal, etc.
(1)
This Act may be cited as the Hearing Aid Council (Extension) Act 1975.
(2)
This Act shall come into operation on such day as the Secretary of State may by order made by statutory instrument appoint.
(3)
In section 15(2) of the M1Hearing Aid Council Act 1968 (Act not to extend to Northern Ireland) the word " not" is hereby repealed.
(4)
This Act extends to Northern Ireland.
