14 S In section 100(3) (provisions as to making and division of payments for benefit of local authorities), for the words from “according to their” to the end there shall be substituted the words “ among local authorities or any classess thereof in accordance with regulations made by him under section 11 of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973. ”.
