SCHEDULE 11 Attendance Allowance Board

PART II Personnel, Administration and Expenses

12 Subject to any directions given to them by the Secretary of State, the Board may—

(a) act notwithstanding any vacancy among their members ; and

(b) regulate their own procedure (including the quorum).
