4 Short title, citation, commencement, transitional provisions and extent. E+W+S

(1) This Act may be cited as the Unsolicited Goods and Services (Amendment) Act 1975 and the M1 Unsolicited Goods and Services Act 1971 and this Act may be cited together as the Unsolicited Goods and Services Acts 1971 and 1975.
