109Regulations.

The Treasury may make regulations with respect to—

b

the seal to be used F2by the Authority for the registration of any society or document (including any amendment to any document) under this Act, the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965, the Building Societies Act 1986, or the Friendly Societies Act 1992, or otherwise for sealing any document for the purposes of this Act or any of those Acts;

c

the duties and functions of the F3Authority under this Act; and

d

the inspection of documents kept by the F4Authority under this Act;

and generally for carrying this Act into effect.

Any power of the Treasury, F5or the Secretary of State to make regulations under this Act shall be exercisable by statutory instrument and a statutory instrument made in the exercise of any such power, other than an instrument containing only regulations under section F6. . . 42 above, shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
