In section 2(5) of the said Act, after the words “1929”there shall be inserted the words “ or by any registered friendly society in exercise of any power conferred by Paragraph (2)(d) of Schedule I to the Friendly Societies Act 1974 or Paragraph 2 of Schedule 6 to that Act ”.
