Prices Act 1974 (c. 24)

9 Short title and interpretation. U.K.

(1) This Act may be cited as the Prices Act 1974.

(2) In this Act “food” means food and drink for human consumption.

(3) In this Act any reference to any enactment is a reference to that enactment as amended by or under any subsequent enactment.
