27 [F1 Consultation with Boundaries Scotland on schemes for community councils] S

In considering the framing or approval of a scheme or of an amendment to a scheme under Part IV of this Act, a local authority or the Secretary of State may consult [F2 Boundaries Scotland] on any matter relating to the boundaries of the area of a community council.
