Prohibition ordersF13B Enforcement.Any person who, without reasonable excuse, fails to comply with a prohibition order shall be guilty of an offence and liable F2—(a)on conviction on indictment, to a fine;(b)on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum.
