(1)Compensation under section 68 of the [1845 c. 18.] Lands Clauses Consolidation Act 1845 or section 10 of the [1965 c. 56.] Compulsory Purchase Act 1965 (compensation for injurious affection where no land taken) shall carry interest, at the rate for the time being prescribed under section 32 of the [1961 c. 33.] Land Compensation Act 1961, from the date of the claim until payment.
(2)Compensation under section 6 of the [1845 c. 33.] Railways Clauses Consolidation (Scotland) Act 1845 (compensation for injurious affection where no land taken) shall carry interest, at the rate for the time being prescribed under section 40 of the [1963 c. 51.] Land Compensation (Scotland) Act 1963, from the date of the claim until payment.
