12 Provision supplementary to sections 9 to 11.

An order made by a district council or district councils F5or by a London borough council under section F1. . . 10 or 11 above may contain such incidental, consequential, transitional or supplementary provision as may appear to the district council or district councils F6or the London borough council to be necessary or proper for the purposes or in consequence of the order or for giving full effect thereto, and may include provision with respect to the transfer and management or custody of property (whether real or personal) and the transfer of rights and liabilities.

When any such order is made, F2F3 section 16 of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007 (agreements about incidental matters) shall apply as if—
i
the reference in subsection (1) to an order under section 7 or 10 of that Act were to an order under section 10 or 11 of this Act; and
ii
the reference in subsection (5)(b) to any order or regulations under Chapter 1 of Part 1 of that Act were to an order under section 10 or 11 of this Act.

Two copies of every F4order under section 10 or 11 above shall be sent to the Secretary of State.
