SCHEDULE 3 Establishment of New Authorities in England

In the year 1974—
a
it shall not be necessary for the parish meeting of an existing parish mentioned in paragraph 1 of Part IV of Schedule 1 to this Act to assemble as required by paragraph 1(1) of Part VI of Schedule 3 to the 1933 Act; and
b
the parish meeting of a parish to which part of any parish is added by paragraph 2 of the said Part IV shall be held for the enlarged parish.
