SCHEDULE 29 E+W+S Adaptation, Modification and Amendment of Enactments

Part I E+W General Adaptation of Enactments

5 E+WIn any enactment or instrument to which paragraph 1 above applies any reference to a representative body of a parish—

(a) as respects England, shall be construed as a reference to the parish trustees of the parish; and

(b) as respects Wales, shall be disregarded.
