11In section 10(1) of the M1Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1960, in paragraph (b), after the word “or”, in the first place where it occurs, there shall be inserted the words “ of a local social services authority ”, and at the end of paragraph (c) there shall be added the words “ or local social services authority ”.
