The parts of the existing parishes of Birtley, Harraton and South Biddick in district (e) in Tyne and Wear shall cease to be in any parish.
By The Uncertificated Securities (Amendment) (Eligible Debt Securities) Regulations 2003 (S.I. 2003/1633), reg. 15, Sch. 2 para. 17 it is provided (24.6.2003) that the reference in Sch. 1 para. 6 to "other securities so transferable" shall include a reference to uncertificated units of eligible debt securities
