				</ukm:Metadata><Primary><Body DocumentURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1972/64/body" IdURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/ukpga/1972/64/body" NumberOfProvisions="3"><P1group><Title> Expenses and receipts.</Title><P1 DocumentURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1972/64/section/2" IdURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/ukpga/1972/64/section/2" id="section-2"><Pnumber>2</Pnumber><P1para><Text>There shall be defrayed out of moneys provided by Parliament—</Text><P3 DocumentURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1972/64/section/2/a" IdURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/ukpga/1972/64/section/2/a" id="section-2-a"><Pnumber>a</Pnumber><P3para><Text>expenses incurred by the Secretary of State in consequence of any provision of this Act, and</Text></P3para></P3><P3 DocumentURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1972/64/section/2/b" IdURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/ukpga/1972/64/section/2/b" id="section-2-b"><Pnumber>b</Pnumber><P3para><Text>any increase attributable to the provisions of this Act in the sums payable out of such money under any other Act,</Text></P3para></P3><Text>and any sums received by the Secretary of State in consequence of the provisions of this Act shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund.</Text></P1para></P1></P1group></Body></Primary></Legislation>
