[F1 4 Short title, extent and commencement. N.I.

(1) This Act may be cited as the Affiliation Proceedings (Amendment) Act 1972.

(2) This Act shall not extend to Scotland or F2 . . . to Northern Ireland.

(3) This Act shall come into force at the expiration of the period of three months beginning with the day on which it is passed.]
