This Act may be cited as the Harbours, Piers and Ferries (Scotland) Act 1972, and the M1Harbours, Piers and Ferries (Scotland) Act 1937 and this Act may be cited together as the Harbours, Piers and Ferries (Scotland) Acts 1937 and 1972.
