<Text>Where—</Text>
<P3 DocumentURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1972/20/section/136/a/enacted" IdURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/ukpga/1972/20/section/136/a" id="section-136-a">
<Pnumber>a</Pnumber>
<P3para>
<Text>the name of a person to whom a certificate prescribed under section 135 of this Act has been issued is removed from the register in pursuance of this Part of this Act, or</Text>

<P3 DocumentURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1972/20/section/136/b/enacted" IdURI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/ukpga/1972/20/section/136/b" id="section-136-b">
<Pnumber>b</Pnumber>
<P3para>
<Text>a licence granted under this Part of this Act to a person expires or is revoked,</Text>
</P3para>
</P3>
<Text>that person shall, if so required by the Registrar by notice in writing, surrender the certificate or licence, as the case may be, to the Registrar within the period of fourteen days beginning with that on which the notice is given, and if he fails to do so, he shall be guilty of an offence.</Text>
