Where the complaint is a complaint made for an order under section 2 of the M1 Domestic Proceedings and Magistrates’ Courts Act 1978, the court hearing the complaint may make any order which it has power to make under section 2 or [F2 19(1) of that M2 Act; and Part I of that Act, except sections 6 to 8, 16 to 18, 23(1), 24 to 27, 28(2) and 32(2)] shall apply in relation to the complaint and to any order made on the complaint.]
